Before I started down the path of being an academic, I had a trade – I was a package designer. Went to college and got a bonifide diploma in Packaging and Graphic Design.
Take a look at my projects (that I designed in college) and let me know what you think!

My first package design that housed a used game cartridge. The point of purchase display was placed in many Shoppers Drug Mart stores across Ontario.

This was one of my first hanging advertisements at a company called Kmart in the United States.

My very early attempt at redesigning a dog treats bag of jerky. Woof!

An early attempt at a label cover for a sponge.

Playing around with a soap package that required complicated cutting and folding patterns.

First ice cream package. So good a colleague of mine actually thought it was real and wanted to eat it!
